Dodge 2014 Durango after obtaining a new design, debuted at the New York Auto Show.
The third generation is based on the extended Jeep Grand Cherokee platform, which in turn is based on the chassis of Mercedes ML-Class.
The front panel of the car was updated; new headlights with integrated LED lights and radiator grille (in the style pickups RAM) have added to the car aggressiveness. The rear part upgraded with changed rear LED-lights and new tow hitch.
The engine of Dodge 2014 remained unchanged. The base is 294-hp V6 petrol engine 3.6 liters volume (weight 2812 kg), and for the top version of R/T is available 394-hp V8 5.7 liters volume (weight 3,356 kg). R/T model also differs by a reduced ground clearance by 20 mm and large 20-inch wheels. Eight-speed automatic transmission will improve performance and reduce fuel consumption, which in turn increases the driving range with the same fuel tank.
